               I believe there's so much to say about me, yet there's so little I can think of…  For the most part, I'm an early 20's college student who's currently balancing work, school, and fun!  I was born in a little city called Guayaquil in Ecuador, it's a city recognized for its art, culture and poetry.  Later in my life at the age of 11 I came to Virginia, United States, and lived there ever sense.  I was able to get a good grasp of the English language, while maintaining my native language (Spanish).

                As I grew up in this new environment, I was longing to return back home.  This new place was different, not only did I experience two new seasons, but I had no knowledge of the language and I couldn't communicate with many people.  

As time passed, I improved my language skills and became more fluent.  I was able to speak to different people and my being homesick was because less of an issue.  Do not take me wrong, I love both countries, I always say, “LOVE WHERE YOU ARE, NEVER FORGET WHERE YOU'RE FROM.”

I was blessed with knowledge of different traditions, costumes, languages, and of course foods!!!  Northern Virginia is a multicultural metropolitan area, close to Washington D.C. it's the perfect place to live.  It's an area full of History, national landmarks, amusement parks, museums, embassy's, night life, and much, much, more…

Up until now, like anyone else I made my mistakes, however, I don't consider myself being down for the count.  I'm still hanging in there, trying my best to become something in life, not just for my own sake, but to enlighten other so they may allow themselves to shine above their expectations.

I believe we're all here for a purpose; the right path will be given to us in time, through miracles and faith…
